The Friends of Crawford State Park is a non-profit, all volunteer group whose mission is a community effort to preserve and improve the park. Friends focus on supporting and maintaining our local state park through projects, community events and other activities.
So what have we been doing?

Music, Cowboy-Poetry and
"Smores"
The Famous "Out-House"
race during Pioneer Days. John rides in the 'Friends of Crawford State Park' entry,
"Gone Crappie'ing".
"Lake clean up day". Included in the 'finds' is a Bowling ball!
Holiday wreaths made from Native plants,
etc.
Christmas party time at the visitor's
center.
"Name the Bear" Contest. The winning name was "Clawford the
Bear".
Hosted "Render the Rock" , "Frisbee golf", "Chili cook-off",
And much, much more!
